As I reflect on my recent run for Congress, I am filled with a deep sense of purpose and determination. This journey was not just about seeking a seat in the halls of power to effect much-needed change in our nation — it was about standing up for the values that make America the greatest nation on earth. While the outcome of this race may not have been what we hoped for, the fight for our country's future is far from over and I will never stop fighting for all of us.
I entered this race because I believe that our nation is at a critical crossroads. We are facing unprecedented challenges, from the erosion of our constitutional rights to the unchecked rise of big government. But what concerned me most was the lack of principled leadership in Washington—leaders who are willing to stand up for the American people, even when it's not politically convenient.
Throughout my campaign, I spoke with countless Americans who shared these concerns. They are tired of career politicians who prioritize their own interests over the needs of their constituents. They are frustrated with a government that spends recklessly, leaving our children and grandchildren to bear the burden of our debt. And they are worried about the direction our country is headed, as radical agendas threaten the very foundations of our republic and our Judeo-Christian values.
National security was a critical issue during my campaign. In a world that is becoming increasingly dangerous, we must have leaders who are committed to protecting America and our allies. That means taking a tough stance against our adversaries, whether it's confronting China's economic aggression or holding Iran accountable for its destabilizing actions in the Middle East. It also means standing with Israel, our closest ally in the region, and ensuring that our military remains the strongest and most capable force on the planet.
But this campaign was about more than just policy positions. It was about restoring the trust between the American people and their government. It was about reminding us all that the power in this country belongs to the people, not the politicians. That is why I refused to be beholden to special interests or party elites. I ran a campaign that was focused on the issues that matter to everyday Americans, not the agendas of the Washington establishment.
While the election may be over, the movement we started is not and the +7,000 voters we brought to the table are just getting started! I remain committed to the principles that guided my campaign—limited government, a strong national defense, term limits, standing with law enforcement and veterans, and unwavering support for the State of Israel. I will continue to be a voice for these values, whether it is in the political arena or as a private citizen.
To all those who supported my campaign, I want to say thank you. Your belief in our cause and your dedication to our shared values mean the world to me. Together, we have shown that there is a demand for principled, conservative leadership in this country from my generation. And while we may not have won this battle, we have laid the groundwork for future victories
The fight for America's future is far from over. I remain as committed as ever to standing up for the values that make our country great. I hope you will continue to join me in this fight, because together, we can ensure that America remains a beacon of freedom, opportunity, and prosperity for generations to come.
